Cirque de Navacelles
The village of Navacelles is situated on the edge of the valley, where the Vis forms a waterfall. On both sides of the cauldron, which lies 300 metres below, there is a visitors' centre from where you can enjoy an overwhelming panoramic view overlooking the surroundings. Cirque de Navacelles is also a unique hikers and bikers' paradise.
There is also a myth connected to Cirque de Navacelles: the crater was formed by a hoof imprint of giant Gargantua's horse during one of his numerous travels.
